Privacy and data policy for nonce.fun interfaces.

Last updated: April 27, 2026. nonce.fun is a non-custodial Ethereum interface. This Policy describes data categories, processing purposes, disclosure scenarios, user choices, compliance boundaries, and platform safety rights.

Scope

This Policy applies to nonce.fun-operated interface services.

This Policy governs nonce.fun websites, upload routes, market-data surfaces, and related interface services controlled by nonce.fun. It does not govern independent third-party services such as wallets, Ethereum RPC providers, block explorers, IPFS gateways, Uniswap infrastructure, token creator operations, market makers, or any direct smart-contract interactions executed outside nonce.fun interfaces.

Public chain

Public blockchain data is permanent and generally non-erasable.

Wallet addresses, token launches, pool events, swaps, approvals, balances, transaction hashes, timestamps, and related blockchain data may remain publicly visible indefinitely. nonce.fun cannot guarantee deletion, reversal, suppression, or modification of data recorded on Ethereum, IPFS, public gateways, mirrors, analytics services, archives, or third-party indexes.

Data processed

Data we may process to operate the product.

Wallet data: public address, connected chain, signatures, balances, allowances, transaction requests, transaction hashes, and wallet connection state.

Creator data: token name, ticker, description, logo, website, social links, metadata URI, image URI, creator address, and launch transaction details.

Market data: launches, pools, swaps, volume, price history, liquidity, chart data, event logs, route data, transaction sender data, and freshness data.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser data, referrer, request logs, rate-limit signals, error logs, security telemetry, local storage, cookies, and analytics events where enabled.

Use

How nonce.fun may process and use data.

nonce.fun may process data to provide core product functionality, prepare transaction payloads, upload and display metadata, index public market data, prevent abuse, enforce Terms, meet legal obligations, protect users and infrastructure, investigate incidents, improve reliability, measure usage, maintain records, and respond to lawful regulatory, judicial, or governmental requests.

Sharing

Data may be disclosed to processors, partners, and authorities.

Data may be shared with wallet connectors, Ethereum infrastructure providers, storage and IPFS providers, analytics and security vendors, hosting and database providers, compliance and legal service providers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, counterparties, professional advisers, and successor entities in connection with financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, or asset transfer transactions, where legally permitted or required.

Creator content

Uploaded assets are user content and may become public.

By uploading any logo, metadata, description, or link, the uploader represents that they have all required rights and grants nonce.fun a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, pin, store, cache, reproduce, display, index, moderate, block, remove from the interface, and use that content to operate and promote nonce.fun.

Platform rights

nonce.fun may enforce operational, legal, and safety controls.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nonce.fun may refuse, throttle, restrict, delist, hide, label, remove, block, pause, geofence, or disable access to content, tokens, wallets, addresses, uploads, data requests, routes, or product features, with or without prior notice, including for abuse prevention, sanctions compliance, legal risk, security incidents, IP complaints, deceptive behavior, malware, spam, market manipulation, or product integrity concerns.

User rights

Your choices are limited by public-chain architecture.

You can disconnect your wallet, clear local storage, avoid optional uploads, stop using the interface, or contact nonce.fun for requests. Statutory privacy rights depend on jurisdiction and may require identity verification. nonce.fun cannot guarantee deletion of public blockchain data, IPFS content, cached data, third-party indexes, or records kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Security

Security controls reduce, but do not eliminate, risk.

nonce.fun applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no website, wallet connection, RPC path, market-data service, storage provider, browser, network, or smart-contract interaction can be guaranteed secure, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. Users remain responsible for wallet hygiene, key management, approvals, signatures, and transaction review.

Eligibility

Restricted users must not use nonce.fun.

nonce.fun is not intended for minors, sanctioned persons, sanctioned jurisdictions, restricted jurisdictions, or anyone prohibited by applicable law from using cryptoasset, blockchain, token creation, or trading interfaces. nonce.fun may block or restrict access where it determines legal, compliance, or safety risk exists.

Updates

Policy amendments take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.

nonce.fun may revise this Policy in response to product, infrastructure, legal, regulatory, or risk changes. Unless otherwise required by law, updates become effective when published. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
