Last updated: April 27, 2026. These Terms define eligibility, permitted use, user responsibilities, platform rights, risk allocation, dispute framework, and liability limitations for nonce.fun.
Interface
nonce.fun facilitates the preparation of Ethereum transactions for token launches and trading. Users independently decide whether to connect a wallet, sign messages, approve assets, and broadcast transactions. nonce.fun does not take custody of private keys, wallets, assets, launched tokens, pool assets, or third-party liquidity.
No advice
Token names, logos, charts, prices, rankings, metadata, social links, pool data, creator data, and market labels are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or other professional advice, and do not constitute endorsements, solicitations, audits, guarantees, or promises of value, liquidity, legality, safety, or future performance.
User risk
Meme tokens can lose all value and may have no liquidity, no market, no utility, no issuer obligations, and no recovery path.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed and may fail, revert, be front-run, be sandwiched, settle at a worse price, incur tax consequences, or consume gas without the expected result.
Creators are solely responsible for token names, tickers, logos, metadata, claims, links, launch parameters, regulatory status, intellectual property rights, taxes, and community communications.
Traders are solely responsible for reviewing token contracts, pool state, approvals, slippage, wallet prompts, gas, route details, jurisdictional restrictions, and personal risk tolerance.
Prohibited use
Users must not use nonce.fun for sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, deceptive launches, impersonation, malware, phishing, stolen assets, intellectual property infringement, unlawful securities offerings, unlawful gambling, money laundering, terrorist financing, harassment, spam, or any activity that violates applicable law, third-party rights, provider terms, or nonce.fun platform integrity.
Platform rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nonce.fun may modify, suspend, remove, delist, block, label, throttle, geofence, disable, or discontinue any feature, upload route, token card, metadata display, link, market-data response, chart, route, wallet, address, IP, jurisdiction, or product surface, with or without prior notice.
Third parties
Wallets, Ethereum data providers, browsers, bridges, DEX routers, Uniswap contracts, IPFS, Pinata, block explorers, analytics tools, hosting providers, and token creators operate independently. nonce.fun is not responsible for their downtime, data, fees, accuracy, security, policies, routing, censorship, losses, or decisions.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nonce.fun disclaims all warranties and representations, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, security, compliance, profitability, liquidity, price execution, and error-free operation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nonce.fun and its contributors, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for lost profits, lost tokens, failed trades, gas costs, market losses, lost data, security incidents, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of, or inability to use, nonce.fun.
Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless nonce.fun and its contributors, operators, affiliates, service providers, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses arising from their launches, trades, uploads, metadata, links, token claims, wallet activity, legal violations, tax obligations, infringement, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws designated by nonce.fun's controlling legal terms, subject to mandatory consumer or local law protections that cannot be waived. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to nonce.fun will be resolved through the dispute mechanism specified in the controlling legal terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Survival
Sections concerning risk allocation, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, intellectual property, compliance, dispute resolution, and any provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive termination or discontinuation of access to nonce.fun.
Changes
nonce.fun may amend these Terms as the product, protocol, infrastructure, legal requirements, or risk profile evolves. Continued access to or use of nonce.fun after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
